Welcome to Bloomsbury Designs!

After working in London and Boston as a designer for Laura Ashley for ten years, I was encouraged by clients to set up my own design firm. So in 1998, I launched Bloomsbury Designs, a residential interior design firm. Since then, we have been successfully providing clients in metropolitan Boston a full interior design service. We now offer a complete range of design, renovation and project management services.

I strive to combine an innovative design flair with a strong appreciation of color and fine furnishings. At Bloomsbury Designs, we endeavor to find the balance of functionality, individualism and elegance with enduring style and comfort.

Our projects are both urban and suburban, ranging from Boston condominiums and townhouses to large suburban homes in towns throughout greater Boston. Our work has been seen in many show houses and featured in publications in Boston, such as the Boston Globe. I've also had my work shown on This Old House on WGBH and in a special feature on master bedrooms for Home and Garden Television (HGTV). We've been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients over the years, including the families of executives in finance, media, technology and venture capital, as well as the occasional professional athlete or senior advisor to the President!

From that work, we have developed a unique approach to how we work with clients. We provide a flexible approach, with a focus on the clients' needs, and work to achieve an exceptional level of customized service and results.
